greatly enjoyed quetzaltenango, the hotel was absolutely great and friendly close to the park. the location was fantastic and particularly good, very close to a central place in xela and the centre of town and guatemala. visited bajo la luna for a few drinks, it was not very far from the property, recommend.

Great location! It's right next to a central square, so everything's super convenient. The staff are really friendly and helpful, plus you can park your car right here on the premises. 🚗

The room was spacious with 3 double beds. The hotel has great facilities including cable channels, a seating area, and an iron. The hotel employees were friendly and accommodating. The location is particularly good, within walking distance from everywhere.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa in Xela! the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that everything was clean and secure. We loved the big shutters that blocked out light and noise, allowing us to sleep like a dream. Casa will definitely be our go-to hotel in Xela!

The staff were mind-blowingly amazing and always had smiles on their faces. The room was jaw-droppingly spacious with the comfiest bed and snuggliest duvet ever! The big shutters blocked out all light, ensuring a dream-like sleep. The free Wi-Fi worked like a charm and the breakfast at the nearby café was a delicious treat. The rooms were unbelievably big, the staff incredibly helpful, and everything secure and squeaky clean. Plus, the convenient private parking was a huge plus. this hotel was an absolute gem and will undoubtedly be my go-to in the future.

The shower only had warm water and no hot water at the sink.

My room was spacious and had the most comfortable mattress and duvet I've had in months of traveling. The blackout shutters ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the hotel was impeccably clean. They even provided free drinking water. Plus, the private parking was a huge plus for me. I will definitely be choosing this hotel again when I visit Xela.
